Recognising the potential offered by the Internet for selling their specialist products, Geoff contacted Concept Websites Ltd in August 2001 with a view to establishing a web site that would be able to offer their products for sale to a much wider audience, and at a significantly lower cost than travelling the length of the country at weekends. "We already had a very basic web site that had actually generated a few enquiries, so we knew that there was some potential on the Internet.

David White of Concept Websites Ltd advised us on the way to present our products on the web site, and arranged the digital photography. He gave us advice on how to generate orders and to collect contact details from all enquiries for future marketing efforts" said Geoff.

"The site was primarily an exercise to begin taking away some of our frantic workload over the next few years, by selling from the Internet. We were obviously delighted when, after just 7 weeks, we received an order from a choir in Germany for a full set of hand made waistcoats. Since then there has been no looking back. We have had enquiries and sales all over Europe and have increased our prices in accordance with the demand."
